To work on lead-related projects, individuals must complete an 8-hour training course followed by a pass/fail exam at an accredited EPA Lead Training facility. At D Johnson Painting, we prioritize safety and compliance by ensuring every team member, including paint and carpentry leads, project managers, and estimators, is individually trained and certified as an EPA Lead Safe Renovator.
